Bentonsport Shops' Schedule for 2026
Iron & Lace will open May 1 with a full inventory. Iron & Lace is now operated by April Ziegler (Betty Printy's daughter and a very fine potter) and Mark Heisdorffer (he has worked with Bill Printy for many years) is taking over the ironwork. Sweet Maple Mercantile is open May 1 thru Oct. 31 from 10 am t0 4 pm Wed. through Sat. On Sundays open noon to 4 pm.
Greef General Store is open Fridays through Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm until May 1. At that time the shop will open Wednesday thru Sunday 10 am to 4 pm.
Homeopathic Remedy Apothecary closed until May 1 . After then, the shop is open Thursdays through Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm until the end of October.

Treen Wood and Metal Works is open May 1 through Oct. 21, Hours open are Wed. through Sat. 10 am to 4 p.m. Sundays noon to 4 p.m.

Bentonsport Mining Company Hours open beginning May 1 will be announced this spring.

MINI MILLS By Terry Philips: On the first floor of the Odd Fellows Building is a new shop called Mini Mills. The name alludes to a business Terry had for many years in the Mills Seed building in Washington, Iowa, which featured antiques and items from deconstructed buildings. Today, Terry continues this line of business in Bentonsport. He is also restoring windows on the second floor of the Odd Fellows Hall on the west end of Bentonsport.
